Return eligibility is set per product. Some items follow our standard window, while merchant-sourced goods can inherit merchant-specific return terms.

• Standard returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery unless the product is marked final sale.
• Merchant-policy items may have a shorter return window or merchant-specific conditions, which are summarized on the product page.
• Return requests are reviewed by our support team before a return is approved.
