Returns policy

Return eligibility is set per product. Owned inventory is non-returnable, while merchant-sourced goods can inherit merchant-specific return terms.

• Owned inventory purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Customers must confirm the size shown in the product details before completing checkout for owned inventory.
• Standard returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only where the product is not owned inventory and is not marked final sale.
• Merchant-policy items may have a shorter return window or merchant-specific conditions, which are summarized on the product page.
• Return requests are reviewed by our support team before a return is approved.
